The ERO Joint® mechanical fastening system is available for T10, AT10, T20, AT20, 8M, 14M pitches, for all widths over 16 mm, in steel, Kevlar or stainless steel reinforcement (minimum recommended pulley diameter is 50 mm).
ERO Joint® can be used with all types of coating (Supergrip, Linatex, PU, Sylomer, etc.) and all types of guiding.

Principle | 3 flat pins | 1 hinge pin | 7 to 10 pins |
ERO Joint® Ultimate
In the Ultimate version, the ERO Joint® mechanical splice transmits 50% of the power of a Flex belt (true endless belt).
Between the pulleys, there is always ½ continuous tight side to ensure the belt's mechanical strength and rigidity.
The ERO Joint® wide timing belts are spliced in our production using a patented process and fitted with the length requested.
Maintenance
Benefits
- Quick and easy assembly.
- Thanks to this mechanical closing system, maintenance times are optimized, reducing production downtime.
- Assembly can be realized by screwing or with a tool. This tool enables the pre-tension of belt and makes pins threading easier.
Alternatives
ERO Joint® HP (Hinge Pin), as strong as a welded belt
Mechanical strength and service life are better than any other mechanical closing system.
