The ERO Joint® jointing system can be used with all types of PU, PVC and Polyolefin Conveyor Belts over 1mm thick.
Assembly is carried out using 3 transverse rods (stainless steel or polyacetal rods).
The ERO Joint® is integrated directly into the belt, without any modification to the belt's upper structure, width or color.
Using ERO Joint® belts gives you complete freedom and flexibility: no special tools or welding procedures to follow, no deburring and no risk of not making a successful joint. ERO Joint® joining strips are quick and easy to assemble.
The ERO Joint® splicing system can also be used for conveyor belts with embedded tensile cores (such as Gates PosiClean® and FlatClean FC12™ belts)
ERO Joint® belts are manufactured in our workshops using a patented process, to the required length.
Maintenance
Benefits
Quick and easy assembly.
With the ERO Joint® solution, you reduce intervention times and production downtime.
ERO Joint® is compatible with the use of wipers, and does not alter the thickness of the joint or the minimum winding diameter.
ERO Joint® is a durable solution.
ERO joints can be modified (lengthened) to increase their mechanical strength.
Alternatives
Joining with staples
A strip can be joined with staples, but the ERO Joint® system mounted on the strips has a much longer service life.
The ERO Joint® mechanical splicing system maintains the thickness and structure on the upper side of the strip.
